Dynamis Taxaties is more than just a valuation firm. Alongside our Residential and Leisure divisions, we have a dedicated Social Real Estate department—with healthcare real estate as one of its key pillars.
Valuing healthcare real estate on the basis of market value is still relatively new. Unlike the housing, office, or retail markets, there are relatively few public references available. However, with our network of valuers and brokers across 40 offices in the Netherlands, Dynamis Taxaties has built up a significant database of references. These are monitored weekly and continuously enriched by our research department.

In the Netherlands too, rents are generally higher for sustainable buildings compared with comparable non-sustainable properties.

We view ongoing learning and development as one of the most important sustainable investments. In the complex and ever-changing world of real estate valuation, staying up to date is essential.
Lectures and presentations
As leaders in the relatively untapped field of sustainability in the Netherlands, we frequently give guest lectures at universities and colleges. We are also regularly invited by companies to speak, often with sustainability as the central theme. For example, an industry organization may feel that too little is being done in their sector on sustainability and wants to inspire change.
Our Approach
Dynamis valuers work closely together, following a standardized methodology. This approach is reflected in a valuation format that complies with various national and international guidelines. A consistent valuation method is also important for other advisors involved with our clients, such as accountants, lawyers, notaries, and other stakeholders like tax authorities and banks. External training programs
We regularly offer external training on a wide range of topics. Some focus on sustainability, while others cover general valuation principles. We also provide in-company training programs. All courses and lectures are delivered by industry experts.
ISAE 3402 Type II
To ensure the quality of valuations and valuation reports for our clients, Dynamis Taxaties holds the ISAE 3402 Type II certification. The auditors at Equity Accountants have reviewed the implemented quality measures and their effectiveness, issuing the ISAE 3402 Type II report to Dynamis Taxaties. Together with the current guidelines followed by Dynamis Taxaties, this makes the valuation process transparent and auditable, while ensuring consistency in internal workflows.
RICS
Dynamis is regulated by RICS. This certification ensures that Dynamis adheres to the strict RICS code of conduct and upholds the highest professional and ethical standards. Every Dynamis office has RICS-certified members.
RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is one of the world’s leading regulatory bodies, providing independent guidance in the best interests of the entire real estate sector. With quality and integrity as its core principles, RICS sets standards, provides expert advice, and handles arbitration matters.
NVM Membership
All partners of Dynamis are members of NVM. NVM is the largest Dutch association for real estate agents and property experts. Membership in NVM gives Dynamis a mark of quality and integrity.
